Deposit and Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your trip, you may do so, without penalty, PRIOR to 14 days of your scheduled trip. Cancelations made more than 14 days in advance will have their DEPOSIT returned as well. - If paying online, a 3% fee may be charged for the credit processing cost.

You may reschedule at any time, if approved by the HomeGrown Guide providing the service.
